Paravaejovis confusus, commonly known as the Yellow Devil Scorpion, is a small, hardy scorpion species found in the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. Known for their adaptability and relatively mild venom, they are an excellent choice for beginner and intermediate scorpion keepers. Adult Yellow Devil Scorpions typically reach 2 to 3 inches in length. With proper care, Paravaejovis confusus can live for 4 to 6 years in captivity.
